Every document in the signed Sofrito Founding Cohort package, in one place.
The signed offer covers exactly 90 days in three paid 30-day periods. The first seven days are paid onboarding within period one. Signing records the agreement but does not start service. The cohort starts only after Sofrito verifies the initial payment.
Choose pay in full or pay over time before signing. The completed signature screen records the business, signer, location count, price, payment choice, acknowledgments, initials, typed signature, document versions, and acceptance time.
Order Summary
The first three locations cost $149 each per 30-day period. Locations four through ten cost $119 each per period. The full commitment is three times the period price. Eleven or more locations require a separately approved custom offer before signing.
Pay in full collects the full commitment after signing. Pay over time collects one period after signing and, with authorization to save the payment method, schedules equal charges 30 and 60 days after the verified cohort start. There is no auto-renewal.
Founding Access has eight required acknowledgments: authority to sign, the payment terms, the Subscription Terms, and the Customer Data Terms and Privacy Policy — plus required de-identified research use, required testimonial contact, and two participation commitments covering weekly records and the full 90 days. The Refund Policy and Disclaimer apply alongside these documents.
