What Sofrito can tell you, and where the limits are.

1. What this covers

This disclaimer applies to the Sofrito website, the demo, scheduled reports, review calls, outcome reports, the customer workspace, and any other analysis or recommendation Sofrito provides.

2. What Sofrito produces

Sofrito produces operational analysis and recommendations built from the business records and operating context you supply. It reads reports, statements, exports, and the things only your team knows, and turns them into a current financial story with a prioritized next move.

Sofrito does not replace bookkeeping, a point-of-sale system, an accounting system, payroll processing, inventory software, your bank, or your accountant. It sits above those and explains what they mean together.

3. Evidence labels and uncertainty

Every material conclusion carries a label: Confirmed when the records reconcile and the explanation is strongly supported, Likely when the evidence supports the direction but does not fully prove the cause, and Needs a closer look when the available evidence cannot support a defensible conclusion.

Which label a finding earns depends on the records you send. Sofrito cannot guarantee that any particular finding will be Confirmed. Incomplete, inconsistent, or late records limit the conclusion rather than being filled in with guesses, and “unknown” is a valid result.

Analysis may be assisted by automated preparation. Financial calculations are performed by code, automated preparation cannot invent or override those numbers, and material conclusions are reviewed by a person during Founding Access.

4. Not professional advice

Nothing Sofrito provides is accounting, tax, legal, investment, employment, insurance, or food-safety advice, and no part of the service creates a professional or fiduciary relationship. Consult an appropriately qualified professional before acting on any material financial, legal, tax, labor, privacy, or safety matter.

5. Your decisions remain yours

Every recommendation is a suggestion for you to evaluate. You know your suppliers, your staff, your customers, and your obligations. You remain solely responsible for deciding what to act on, for verifying anything material before you act, and for the consequences of what you do — including changing suppliers, changing prices, changing staffing, or changing how you operate.

6. No outcome or savings claim

Sofrito does not promise a dollar amount of savings, an increase in profit, a particular margin, or any other business outcome. Results depend on your market, your records, your execution, and conditions outside anyone’s control. Past findings for one business do not predict results for another.

7. Third-party information

Analysis may incorporate information from third-party systems and documents — point-of-sale exports, delivery-platform statements, vendor invoices, payroll summaries, bank records. Sofrito does not control the accuracy or availability of those sources. Errors in a source can carry into a conclusion drawn from it, which is one reason evidence labels and source records are shown alongside every material claim.
