One price for the whole 90 days.
The Sofrito Founding Cohort runs exactly 90 days as three paid 30-day periods, and the first seven days are paid onboarding inside period one. Every figure is on this page, in US dollars.
What it costs
The first three locations are $149 each per 30-day period. Locations four through ten are $119 each per period. The full commitment is three times the period price.

The two ways to pay
Pay in full. The whole 90-day commitment is collected immediately after signing. There are no later cohort charges. Paying in full does not earn an additional discount — the total is the same either way.
Pay over time. The first installment is collected immediately after signing. You authorize the payment provider to save the payment method, and the two remaining installments are collected exactly 30 and 60 days after the cohort starts. For one location that is $149 now, $149 at day 30, and $149 at day 60.
What you get
- Seven days of paid onboarding inside period one: setup, intake, connecting your records, review, and preparation.
- Twelve scheduled reports before 10:00 AM on your selected Monday, Wednesday, or Friday in the service timezone: nine action reports and three comprehensive business health recaps.
- Four reports per period: three action reports and one full-period recap. Each is placed in the first selected delivery slot whose 6:00 PM evidence snapshot occurs after its coverage closes. Uploads remain open every day; later records use a reviewed correction or addendum rather than silently changing a report.
- One review call in each 30-day period, and a closing outcome report.

What is not included
Bookkeeping, tax preparation, legal advice, payroll processing, daily financial management, unlimited consulting, full inventory counting, recipe costing, vendor negotiation, and replacement of a point-of-sale or accounting system are not included unless separately agreed.
When the clock starts
Signing records the agreement. It does not start service. The cohort starts only when Sofrito verifies the successful initial payment on the server — a checkout return page is not proof of payment. The cohort ends exactly 90 days after that start and never renews automatically.
After Founding Access ends, Sofrito may offer a separate continuation at a higher standard price. Founding members receive a promo code for 20% off that price, and the benefit does not require an uninterrupted subscription. We are not promising a lifetime price.
